DISCLAIMER: At Sunwell Wellbeing we do not offer Sound Bath sessions for people with any of the below medical conditions or in any of the below situations:
❌ Pregnant (in any trimester)
❌ Prone to seizures or epilepsy
❌ Fitted with pacemakers or metal implants
❌ Using hearing aids or experiencing sound sensitivity (e.g., tinnitus, hyperacusis)
❌ Diagnosed with severe psychiatric conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, untreated PTSD)
❌ Currently hospitalized for mental health or emotional crisis (within the last 10 years)
❌ Under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the session
❌ Diagnosed with cardiovascular disease (e.g., angina, past heart attack, stroke)
❌ Diagnosed with a brain or abdominal aneurysm
Or if you are experiencing:
❌ Deep emotional instability that may be triggered by relaxation or altered states
❌ Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that may impair your ability to safely participate in a deep sound-based experience
