group Circles

Gather, Reflect, and Recharge

In a world that moves fast, where moments of real connection feel rare, stepping into a circle offers something different—a pause, a reset, a space to simply be.

As you settle into the group, the noise of everyday life begins to fade. This isn’t just another gathering; it’s a chance to step away from the distractions, take a deep breath, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with what truly matters.

Through guided reflection, thoughtful conversation, and shared experience, you’ll have the opportunity to let go of what’s been weighing you down and make space for fresh energy and new perspectives. Whether you come seeking clarity, connection, or just a break from the rush of daily life, this is your time to reset and realign in a supportive, welcoming environment.

No expectations, no pressure—just an open space for you to show up as you are.

Life moves fast, and true moments of connection can feel rare. Our circle gatherings offer a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others in a welcoming, supportive space.

In this 60-90 minute session, you’ll experience a blend of practices designed to connect, reflect, realign and restore:

  • A collective or individual card pull for insight and reflection

  • Exploration of current astrological events and how they may be influencing you

  • Breathwork to calm the nervous system and bring clarity

  • Chakra focus to restore balance

  • A guided meditation to deepen relaxation

  • Sound - to help you release tension and reset your energy

  • Optional sharing—speak or simply listen, with no pressure

This is more than just a session; it’s a chance to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. Show up exactly as you are—we’ll take care of the rest.

WORK WITH KAZ

Kaz is a grounded, heart-led mentor who meets you exactly where you are — in a fast-paced world that often pulls us out of presence and into overwhelm.

Whether you’re looking to take a moment for self care, further your wellbeing or reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, Kaz offers a space to pause, breathe, and realign — without judgment or pressure.

In a world shaped by urgency culture, AI, endless notifications, and ever-increasing demands, her work invites you to slow down and return to your centre — so you can show up in life and work from a place of clarity, intention, and embodied calm.

The "fight or flight" response is a survival instinct that helps us in times of need and danger. But today, that same reflex can be activated by inboxes, deadlines, high-pressure meetings, and nonstop digital noise. Our systems are still wired for survival, but modern life keeps hitting the stress button — which can lead us feeling tired and emotionally disconnected.

With over 9 years of experience across the Not-for-Profit, NGO, and community sector, Kaz understands the real-life pressures placed on frontline heroes, executives, leaders, families and community.

We see our clients are changemakers, leaders, and everyday humans who are ready to show up differently — for themselves, their relationships, their workplaces, and their communities. Through your own transformation, you create ripple effects of calm, compassion, and connection that last longer our time together.

I don’t fit neatly into one box — and neither do you.

Whether exploring the intelligence of the body: breath patterns, effects of sound or brainwaves, to following the nudges of the soul, my work is a bridge where these worlds meet.

I walk between worlds — where science becomes understood and soul becomes felt.

It’s about calming the nervous system and making space for stillness and reconnection.

I wasn’t always the facilitator. I was once the one lying still on the mat, learning how to breathe again. I walked into my first sound bath with curiosity, not knowing it would become part of my story.

From the high performing professional, a curious newcomer, a soul-led leader, or someone who simply feels deeply —

If you're ready to reconnect with yourself, to prioritise your wellbeing, and take a breath that feels like home —

I’ve saved you a seat.

Let’s begin.
