group Circles
Gather, Reflect, and Recharge
In a world that moves fast, where moments of real connection feel rare, stepping into a circle offers something different—a pause, a reset, a space to simply be.
As you settle into the group, the noise of everyday life begins to fade. This isn’t just another gathering; it’s a chance to step away from the distractions, take a deep breath, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with what truly matters.
Through guided reflection, thoughtful conversation, and shared experience, you’ll have the opportunity to let go of what’s been weighing you down and make space for fresh energy and new perspectives. Whether you come seeking clarity, connection, or just a break from the rush of daily life, this is your time to reset and realign in a supportive, welcoming environment.
No expectations, no pressure—just an open space for you to show up as you are.
Life moves fast, and true moments of connection can feel rare. Our circle gatherings offer a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others in a welcoming, supportive space.
In this 60-90 minute session, you’ll experience a blend of practices designed to connect, reflect, realign and restore:
A collective or individual card pull for insight and reflection
Exploration of current astrological events and how they may be influencing you
Breathwork to calm the nervous system and bring clarity
Chakra focus to restore balance
A guided meditation to deepen relaxation
Sound - to help you release tension and reset your energy
Optional sharing—speak or simply listen, with no pressure
This is more than just a session; it’s a chance to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. Show up exactly as you are—we’ll take care of the rest.

WORK WITH KAZ
Kaz - Founder, Leader, Mentor and a grounded, heart-led mentor who meets people exactly where they are. She creates breathwork, sound bath, and self-development experiences that support individuals, workplaces, and communities to pause, rest, and reconnect.
Known for her radiant yet grounded presence and deeply attuned facilitation style, Kaz weaves conscious breath, sound therapy knowledge, and intentional rest to support real-life wellbeing, reflection, leadership and connection to self.
Rooted in a science-meets-soul approach, Kaz welcomes and supports both the curious mind and the intuitive heart—honouring those who seek understanding and those who simply wish to feel and receive. This dual approach reflects Kaz’s own path: an ongoing exploration of the measurable power of sound and breath, alongside the sacred, spirit-led journey of remembrance, resonance, and personal transformation. It is this path—of skill and soul—that underpins all that she brings to her work.
Kaz has trained in Breathwork Facilitation, Sound Therapy, as a Sound Bath Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Coach.
She continues to deepen her studies in 2025 through the Foundations of Sound Healing™ certification program with renowned teacher Zacciah Blackburn of Sunreed Instruments—an internationally respected voice and expert featured on Gaia for his pioneering work in the field of sound, energy, and consciousness. It was with Sunreed’s help that led to the creation of Kaz’s signature 10-bowl set: nine golden frosted crystal quartz bowls tuned in 432Hz, spanning from the Earth Star Chakra to the Soul Star Chakra, and a special 10th bowl tuned in 440Hz, purposefully selected to aid in creation of the theta frequency (you may have heard of the theta brainwave) that can aid in rest and inner journeying.
We see our clients are changemakers, leaders, and everyday humans who are ready to show up differently — for themselves, their relationships, their workplaces, and their communities. Through your own transformation, you create ripple effects of calm, compassion, and connection that last longer our time together.
